Moderator - ERG & Diversity Best Practices Summit

I had the immense pleasure of leading this educational event designed to assist companies maximize the talents and skills of current employees, and highlights best practices for recruiting a diverse workforce. We discussed the ways that diversity relates to the Talent Cycle (i.e., recruitment, development, and retention). We also collaborated on the growth and development of employee resource groups (ERGs) to business resource groups (BRGs).
